Quality Engineer being added to busy Quality Engineering team within Medical parts manufacturing environment for direct hire. Individual will ensure quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products. Will develop protocols on new product validation and process qualifications, assist with new product launches, develop control plans and perform risk analysis and FMEA and initiate SPC to upgrade products. Will facilitate and approve corrective actions, develop standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation, etc.
Ideal candidate will hold Bachelors degree or Associates degree with 2-4 years of related experience; or 6+ years of experience with no degree. Experience in Medical plastic parts a must. Company handles Defense contracts (ITAR) so US Citizenship a must. Company in a growth mode and stable, will offer relocation assistance and great benefit plan.
