Requirements:
  • Delegate work to associates as needed and oversee execution of the tasks.
  • Cross train on other Quality functions, including, but not limited to, footprint correction.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Operations and Inventory to support the receive, pick, pack, ship operation.
  • Display accountability, reliability, initiative, and continuous learning.
  • Verify all international orders for correct quantity and other requirements.
  • Generate documentation needed for audit using WMS.
  • Prioritize orders for audit based on information received from Order Management, Operations, and Quality.
  • Perform outbound audit for other requirements as needed, including, but not limited to, customer-specific orders, Trade Compliance, and HazMat Compliance.
  • Ensure documentation and root cause analysis of all discrepancies found; drive resolution for discrepancies together with Quality team.
  • Ensure completion of audits and documentation according to agreed-upon prioritization and processes.
  • Complete other Quality support functions in the warehouse.
  • Fulfill Quality leadership role in order to ensure customer receives correct product and high quality shipments.
  • Fulfill Quality leadership role with the picker as internal customer in mind.
  • Communicate with Quality, Inventory, and Operation team members to resolve more complex issues.
  • Build Quality knowledge to resolve routine warehouse issues encountered during audit, quality alert response, rework, and quarantining.
  • Ability to work as part of the team to achieve a common goal, while working as independent, resourceful, reliable contributor.


Job Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehousing. Quality Assurance experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous warehousing leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to balance execution of tasks and leadership of Quality associates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal customers.
  • Ensure completion of audits and documentation according to agreed-upon prioritization and processes.
  • Complete other Quality support functions in the warehouse.
  • Communicate with Quality, Inventory, and Operation team members to resolve more complex issues.
  • Must have moderate computer and Excel skills.
  • Role requires long hours standing and some bending and lifting.
  • Must have previous forklift experience. Tyco will provide certification.
