Leads the Quality global change management process to bring about a successful adaptation by the New Shire team in harmonization with the Corporate Change Management Office
15% -Represents the Quality Bax/Shire Integration Change Management interests working with the Corporate Change Management Office
-Influences the overall strategy for managing the integration change
-Aligns Quality Change Management strategy with overall strategy
50% -Develops Quality Change Management Plan
-Executes the Quality Bax /Shire Change Management communication plans for the Bax/Shire integration in alignment with overall strategy including:
-Planning and designing, writing, editing and management of collateral
-Organizing events to support the engagement process -
-Executing all communication tactics relevant for a global, multi-site integration
-Establishing and validating sustaining mechanisms
10% Creates, develops, standardizes and utilizes Bax/Shire Integration change management processes and tools
10% Facilitates interactive working sessions with key stakeholders to create a sense of ownership and buy-in to the ideal future integrated state
10% Provides advanced communications and report status up, down and across the organization
5% Collect and analyze (for improvement) measured feedback and readiness through surveys, polls and focus groups
Education & Experience Requirements
-Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a suitable technical or management discipline.
-5+ years' experience in a communications, change, and/or global program management role and training/certifications in applicable formal methods and tools.
-2+ years' experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry
-Consistent delivery of superior results
Desired: Advanced Degree.
