division is seeking a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be based at
our Fayetteville, NC facility.
To improve organizational effectiveness
through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Business System to ensure
the business meets growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be Quality
Management System (ISO9001) deployment, 8D corrective action, Eaton Quality
System and to lead the plant’s effort to further mature in the Eaton Business
Excellence criteria. The Quality Leader is a member of the plant leadership
team and reports to the Plant Manager.
continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence process throughout the

Six Sigma process improvement knowledge and experience
with product assurance methods, quality management systems and ISO.
CQM or CQE certified
track record of leading and managing quality initiatives that have resulted in
improved productivity and reducing cost of non-conformance in a manufacturing
experience in managing a quality function and building organizational
capability in that function
