Corporate Risk provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, this group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company

The Quality Manager 3 (QM 3) will manage a large team of Quality Assurance Analysts.

Responsibilities of the QM3 position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting routine to complex business analysis, including monitoring methodology, quality scorecards, and reporting
  • Ensuring quality standards are created and maintained
  • Driving quality improvement
  • Managing risk
  • Ensuring effective communication strategy and adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of quality assurance experience
  • 2+ years of management experience or 3+ years leadership experience or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role
  • 1+ years of risk management experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with compliance / operational risk
  • 1+ years of Direct Auto / Credit Cards experience
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills
  • Excellent Process management skills with proven experience in running effective root cause analysis
Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
