Position Summary:
Coram/CVS Health is looking for a high-energy healthcare professional to join our Jackson Enteral Nutrition team as a Quality Supervisor ! In this rewarding opportunity you will assist the manager by leading and developing our customer service team to enable quality service. You will review processes and ensure the team is following correct procedures, as well as manage and review inventory. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.

As a Quality Supervisor you will…
* Oversee quality corrective action and customer satisfaction programs
* Communicate with internal departments, branches, billing centers, and vendors
* Responsible for hiring, mentoring, conducting performance appraisals, and disciplining
* Provide oversight of administrative tasks including PTO requests and payroll
* Monitor team activities providing direction, guidance, and timely coaching and feedback to subordinate staff
* Facilitate and implement plans to achieve quality related goals
* Provide plans,procedures, and goals for measuring and analyzing results
* Execute action plans to meet operational goals

Typical work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM –5:00 PM, with an opportunity for over-time based on business need. This is a full-time, permanent career that offers excellent Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, a competitive 401k, and additional benefits.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 year supervisory experience in a customer service or quality work setting.
* Experience in a healthcare setting.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center atmosphere.
* Ability to run reports and strong experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.


Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in inventory or stock control.
* Home healthcare support service experience.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
* Previous healthcare experience and Contact Center applications (e.g. Salesforce, Avaya CMS, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail



Education:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. College degree is preferred.
