Primary Duties
  1. Maintains a safe and clean lab environment.
  2. Performs daily Receiving inspection, Product audits including battery teardown, LPA and Product testing as assigned by supervisor
  3. Conducts daily Material Hold Reconciliation
  4. Perform Calibration as assigned
  5. Perform Scrap audits
  6. Perform periodic Process audits
  7. Transports batteries between shop floor and lab.
  8. Prepare supplier returns and Performs basic inventory transactions in BES system.
  9. Accurately and objectively records analysis data.
  10. Participate in MSA and capability data collection
  11. Provides reports for plant management, production, and continuous improvement as needed.
  12. Supports the plant quality and internal auditing function.
  13. Performs Containment of non-conforming product
  14. Prepare and ship samples to ASD Lab
  15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge with MS Word and Exel required. MS Access preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong math skills
  • Basic knowledge of ISO9001 or TS 16949
  • Must be able to lift and stack 50 Lbs.
