Pay Rate/Salary: $10.50-11.00 / HourReceive request for customer quote and determine program based on customer need.
The Quote Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. The QC will be tasked with generating quotes from customer and internal requests coordinating with the Account Leader in obtaining information needed for quotes. He/ She will be responsible for accurate and timely entry and delivery of quotes and ensures all prices quoted remain within established program and customer guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate quote based on customer requirements understanding the cost of materials, trims, and value added finishes and processes.
Respond to quote request within our custom service level agreement and coordinate with Account Lead if additional information is needed to complete quotes.
Demonstrates a proficient business acumen level that provides the ability to understand financials, calculate costs, selling price and gross margin in order to meet the needs of the customer and company.
Must be able to work under pressure, prioritize and manage deadlines with minimum error rating.
Must be able to multi-task efficiently and possess an ability to interpret a variety of instructions based on the customers' needs.
Acts with strong ethical integrity in all situations
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral and assist other team members as needed and other duties as assigned.
Seeks out opportunities for enhanced workflow processes and automation in all areas of responsibility and Collaborates internally with cross functional partners to implement solutions and tracks progress (as needed).
Requirements2 years of sales or administrative support
Basic computer knowledge, typing ability and Excel and Word, utilizing the programs fluently to do assigned work
