Franchise Coordinator, located in Cincinnati, OH.
The Ethicon Surgical Care business
offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies—including sutures,
surgical staplers, clip appliers, trocars and synthetic mesh devices—that are
used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures.
Specialties include support for treatment of colorectal and thoracic
conditions, women’s health conditions, hernias, cancer and obesity. The Ethicon
Surgical Care business combines products and services of two market-leading
legacy companies, both with long histories of medical innovation. Ethicon, Inc.

The R&D Franchise Coordinator
is responsible for providing administrative support to R&D franchise(s),
reporting to franchise Director. Coordinating the timely completion of
documentation necessary for product development projects within the given
franchise(s). Operating computer software programs to support franchise
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
administrative support for franchise Director, including: High speed
copying, mail handling, supply ordering, reconcile invoices
of franchise meetings & events, both on & off-site; of travel
and maintenance of franchise budget as requested;
of management reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly);
& reconciliation of expense reports;
of presentation materials utilizing word processing & graphics
coverage & call screening; Maintenance of appointment calendars;
Maintenance of organizational charts and job descriptions
of general nature from marginal notes & verbal communication;
Processing or assistance with human resources (HRS) forms as needed;
communication flow throughout franchise; Coordinate office moves for
franchise Associates. Act as liaison between staff / associates / other
departments & director / manager;

closely with other R&D Franchise Coordinators and Executive

and maintain project team documentation (electronic and/or hard copy) to
comply with Corporate Quality System regulations through product release.
