Performs all technical / clinical duties of a Staff Technologist, under the direction of the Radiologist and supervision of the Imaging Services Supervisor. Position requires effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrates ability to perform radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing Images for interpretation. Also demonstrates the ability and willingness to cross train into other modalities. Effective communication skills, verbal and written, Good interpersonal skills required to interact with patients, physicians, visitors and other staff members. Must be able to demonstrate understanding of HCA's and St. David's ""Patients First"" safety initiative by strict compliance to all safety protocols and procedures.
Education and Experience:
Required: Satisfactory completion of a formal AMA approved school.
Preferred: At minimum 1 year experience in each modality
Required: ARRT/MRT registered. BCLS certified
