Current Need
Radiology Workflow Analyst

Position Description
Active participant in high-performing clinical and technical consulting teams.  Projects will be focused on consulting services emphasizing business operations of medical imaging in the planning, designing implementing processes and technologies as related to our Horizon Imaging applications. Uses methodologies, tools and techniques to improve and manage change in workflow and processes around medical imaging systems.  Develops effective relationships with client representatives.  Identifies opportunities for add-on work.  Develops new and valuable competencies and services. Includes project management, independent work and delivery competencies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in clinical/healthcare field, computer applications, or business analysis.

  • Understanding of clinical services and operations in a hospital, specifically Radiology
  • Able to guide the customer in the decision making process
  • Interact with various levels of stakeholders within the project
  • Able to implement solutions at a single site
  • Able to implement multiple solutions across single and/or multiple sites
  • Able to handle challenging sites and escalations

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Detailed knowledge of clinical/healthcare field, building system solutions or business applications. Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related experience. Six Sigma, PMP a plus
