OfficeTeam is currently searching for a Real Estate Administrator, we want you to bring your energy, enthusiasm and desire to this opportunity General Office/Administrative Experience: • Ability to learn to work in property management/accounting software systems with training. • Input, verify, prepare and scan A/P document for processing; obtains approvals as needed. • Provide general office support for team members. • Maintain filing system including creation, printing, labeling and copying. • Scan documents as necessary for team members. • Process payables and enter into accounting software. • Assist Property Manager with the preparation of monthly financial reports. • Assist Property Manager in preparation of the annual budget and operating expense escalations. • Draft correspondence on various matters pertaining to property management. • Assist in answering tenant service calls. Preferred Candidate Qualifications: • Detailed Oriented. • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office. • The successful candidate will be very detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, extremely professional, and customer service oriented. • This person needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow instructions, have problem-solving skills, and common sense.
