As a member of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing's asset management team, the individual will play an integral role working with all senior staff members in fulfilling specific property and/or portfolio level responsibilities. Responsibilities will focus on providing analytical support for the acquisition and asset management teams utilizing Argus, Argus Enterprise and Excel software.

-Cash flow Analysis
-Sensitivity analyses
-Update quarterly cash flow models
-Perform quarterly asset valuations
-In-depth valuation and hold/sell analyses
-Review and assist in preparation of budgets and preparation of strategic plans
-Prepare quarterly fund reports
-Analyze and review leases
-Work directly with asset managers, leasing and property management team on approximately 30-35 assets
-Coordinate and review third-party independent appraisals as well as preparation of internal valuations
-Participate in ad hoc analyses on a regional basis
-Assist with acquisition and disposition due diligence and asset financings

Qualifications
-BA/BS required
-3-4 years of real estate experience required
-Strong analytical and financial skills
-Strong working knowledge of cash flow modeling; Argus
-Knowledge of appraisal fundamentals
-Strong communication skills given the need to communicate effectively in oral and written form with senior management, property staff, colleagues and members of the real estate community
-Ability to work within a team and under tight deadlines
-High level of commitment, strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Committed to delivering the highest quality work product; keen attention to detail
-Proactive, self-motivated and goal oriented
-Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks
