The Rebate Business Process Leader role is critical to the successfulgrowth of the Rebate business and will drive new operational initiatives thatsupport the development of process efficiency in our Rebate modeling, billing,client payment and forecast processes. This position will engagecross-functional teams to lead business projects, new business implementationsaround the rebate area. This position will work closely with senior executivesand business partners at all levels of the organization to understand thebusiness, guide teams to solve problems, and present recommendations to seniorleadership.
The Rebate Business Process Leader will facilitate the Rebate Analyticsorganization's decision-making, planning and management processes working withthe Rebate Leadership team. These processes support the Rebate organization inachieving its short and long term strategic goals by optimizing the RebateProcess. This position will be part of a small core team (4 employees)specifically created to deliver $250M to our 2018 budget. This person will havesignificant impact to our bottom line and will be responsible for working withthe analytical team in creating new reporting tools, create new process andinfluence others.
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership.As these are new processes to the Rebate Analytics organization, thisleadership role will play an important part in changing organizationalbehaviors around internal processes. Required Qualifications:5+ years demonstrated client relationship management experience, and working cross functionally internally and with senior leadership.
5+ years of experience leading diverse project team members.
5+ years of Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis and/or Business System Support.
5+ years of consulting or related high level analytical experience in an environment of building complex business models.
8+ years of experience with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the healthcare/PBM industry.Prior management experience.
Education: Bachelors Degree required
