Essential Functions & Responsibilities
•Respond to all customer inquiries
•Maintain all accounts receivable reports, spreadsheets and corporate AR files
•Assemble and process overnight shipments to branches
•Contact customers for aged balances
•Assist in monthly closing
•Conduct filing and copying
•Reviews credit on new customer applications
•Sets up new accounts
•Reviews credit limit increases and/or decreases
•Contacts customers regarding past due invoices by email and phone
•Manages open accounts for new orders and payment history
•Perform other related duties as required and assigned
