Local Finance office in Downtown Palm Springs is looking for a qualified Receptionist. Requirements of the Receptionist - Minimum 2 years of experience - Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented etc. - Preference bilingual Duties of the Receptionist: - Perform other clerical and support activities within administrative team. - Intermediate computer skills preferred. Experience with MS Office required. - Proven ability to complete job tasks independently and in a time-efficient manner. - Must be team-oriented with good interpersonal skills and abilities to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be comfortable talking on the phone. - Must be self-motivated and client-service oriented. - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, follow-through and evaluate assigned functions and duties. - Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
