Major responsibilities Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies Manage various office files and provide general office filing support Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks Utilize excellent spelling and grammar Manage all incoming phone calls Draw on your excellent communication and social skills Welcome visitors Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
