Our client, a global media agency, is looking to hire their next rock star Receptionist. The office is located in beautiful Playa Vista in the hub of Silicon Beach. As the Receptionist you will be the Director of First Impressions. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and clients, answering the main phone line, scheduling conference rooms, maintain the appearance of the reception area and other tasks. You will support the Facilities department and will fill in for the facilities coordinator with mail services, restocking supplies and helping set up for bagel Fridays. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and have excellent critical thinking skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required and at least one year of previous front desk support experience is desired. This position pays $33K plus benefits. We are looking for someone who can make a one year commitment in this position and then this would be the perfect stepping stone into a media related role.
