One of our clients in the La Jolla area is looking for a strong Receptionist at this time to come on board on a temporary basis. This Receptionist position is responsible for maintaining the flow of the office space, greeting all walk-in guests and handling any incoming calls as well. There are 10 plus phone lines to handle but it is a quick system to learn. This role will be assisting with scheduling and calendaring for the managers on-site when needed along with helping with additional duties including some general office preparation, filing, and scanning of documents. 2 plus years of Receptionist or Front Desk experience is required for the role.
