Your responsibilities
- Look after various office files and provide general office filing support
- Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills
- Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
- Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
- Utilize excellent communication and social skills
- Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Use excellent spelling and grammar
