A Midtown start-up firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience to support CEO. Responsibilities will include but not limited to coordinating travel arrangements, assist in preparation of presentations, screen and respond to telephone calls, meet and greet clients, maintain daily appointment calendars and coordinate and arrange meetings and events.
