Our rapidly growing client is searching for a Highly Professional Reception Administrator. The Receptionist is responsible for screening visitors, maintaining the space and image of as well as coordinating coverage of the entry and client service reception area, along with other minor activities at the reception area of the building. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Maintaining the safety of the site as well as providing ongoing administrative support and communication to the assistant manager, program manager, and building manager. · Monitors the entrance of clients and staff, answers the facility telephone, maintains administration/reception desk and files, and performs data entry. Screens all visitors to confirm that they are eligible clients or authorized guests of building employees. Ensures visitors are escorted by staff at all times. Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person(s). Assist in the maintenance of facility supplies. Act as vendor liaison. Responds to emergencies as needed. Fills out incident reports as needed. Reports violations of House Rules or Program Guidelines. Oversees and assists in coordinating coverage at front entry and lobby to ensure absolute security and cleanliness. Provides information to residents, visitors and applicants concerning building and program regulations.
