We are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment. In this role you will be responsible for: • Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers • Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures • Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants • Receiving incoming phone calls and routing to appropriate destination Requirements The Receptionist role requires a minimum of: • 2+ years of recent, relevant experience in a receptionist role • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately • Ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously This role offers a great deal of diversity and opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization.
