Adecco is assisting in hiring a Receptionist for a technology company located in West Los Angeles. Their products empower people to express themselves and live in the moment. We're looking for a someone to join in working closely with the Workplace Services team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and employees. You'll interact comfortably and skillfully with people at all levels from within and outside of the company. This is a contract position working for about 3-6months (could extend), pay is $16.00/hr. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

-Greet and register guests/visitors in the front lobby and notify their respective hosts
-Provide customer service and respond to all guest inquiries
-Answer main phone line and pass along messages as needed
-Ensure the office remains secure by closely following guest and visitor procedures and escalate issues as necessary
-Work closely with the Operations team to schedule large deliveries and provide vendor access
-Bring a positive and happy mindset to work

-A minimum of one year experience in an administrative capacity working with guests
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide service to all levels, both within the organization and external guests
-A passion for creativity
