Position Details:
Position: Receptionist
Location: Mt Laurel, NJ
Pay:17.00/hr

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage meeting room calendars utilizing the reservation system and focusing on the strategic assignment of meeting space so as to maximize utilization.
-Ensure accuracy for all meeting details.
-Send confirmations in connection with bookings and following up at specified intervals prior to the meeting to confirm the current status of the meeting, the accuracy of participant counts, the need for special equipment, etc.
-Coordinate a wide range of services for meetings which have been booked, including audio visual requirements, food and beverage requests, conference room set-ups and distribution of materials.
-Facilitate last minute meeting additions/changes, prioritizing key meetings and senior Executives.
-Communicate to all relevant internal departments and subcontractors the specific needs of the client, both in advance of and during the course of meetings.
-Complete administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
-Maintain concierge area, keeping all materials tidy. Inform Facilities Manager if maintenance needs are required.
-Conduct facility site inspections on a monthly basis to ensure pristine condition and maintenance of the property.

-Highly-developed planning and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask to meet deadlines.
-Dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- GED is a must
- Years of experience : 5-7
