Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an short term Receptionist position in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate is someone that is looking for part time or short term work with previous experience as a Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Working with a computer operated phone system, NO touchpad
Experience working with a corporate directory
Validate parking on a web based system
Maintain security by following procedures
Experience answering a multi-line phone system
Must have 6 month experience with multi-line phone systems
Experience with a computer operated phone system
Must be proficient in MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to multitask
This is a short term position (3-5days) with the possible extension starting at $20/hr. The hours for this position are 8am-5pm.
