Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an On Call- Receptionist in Lake Forest, CA and Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidates is someone that is only looking for temporary employment and is able to be on call for positions that come available, sometimes short notice as well as planned coverage. Greet clients as they enter the office
Answer incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
Validate parking passes
Book and set up conference rooms
Other administrative duties as assigned
Must have previous Receptionist experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be flexible to be on call and work short term assignments
Again, this Receptionist position will be called in for vacation or sick day coverage and an average work day is from either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. This position pays $15.00 per hour and there are two locations that need ON CALL Receptionist.
