Join the Coram/CVS Health team as a Receptionist and you will support the branch and act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact for patients, vendors and employees. You will make all visitors feel welcome at the branch, whether it is by phone or in the office. As the face of the company, you will meet and greet visitors creating a welcoming environment in the office and by phone.
As a Receptionist you will…
* Answers incoming phone calls while directing them to the appropriate personnel.
* Greet visitors to the branch and inform applicable department of their arrival.
* Distribute the branch mail to the appropriate departments.
* Assist with filing, faxing, and scanning of documents.
This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM .

* Minimum one year receptionist experience.
* Minimum one year experience in customer service.
* Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the home health or healthcare industry.
* Experience with medical terminology.
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
