Position Details:
Position: Records Coordinator
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Pay: $14/hr
The main function of Records Coordinator may include servicing the organization by maintaining and coordinating the records management inventory. This is accomplished through the process of receiving/sending boxes and files, direct pickups, and any special projects as requested. Job Responsibilities:
The Records Coordinator is accountable for delivery of quality service and achieving Total Customer Satisfaction with the banks internal customer base. Maintains the accuracy of existing record codes, as well as establishing new codes when needed.
Manages monthly pick up schedule of boxes from all branch locations, regional offices, and operations buildings.
Manages the records management inventory.
Maintains branch/department records management contact list.
Maintains branch/department records management contact list.
Reviews monthly status reports from our records management vendor and make corrections where necessary.
Responsible for timely resolution of any investigations/disputes from end use
Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. 2-4 years related experience
