As a recruiter, you will evaluate and recruit highly-qualified and diverse candidates for various units and functions, specifically for highly technical positions. You will need to develop a recruitment strategy for the unit/function that provides results and you will lead staffing discussions with business leaders/HR. Leading and participating on recruiting project teams for the purpose of improving operational effectiveness, adding value for our customers and to implement best practices is a necessity.
