Our client in Woburn, Ma, is looking for a Recruiter for a 4 month contract assignment. The Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruitment while partnering with management and Human Resources Business Partners to build effective best practices and strategies regarding sourcing, interviewing and candidate selection. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hiring process, including but not limited to developing creative candidate sourcing and pipelining strategies; screening and interviewing qualified, diverse candidates; and developing and maintaining an outstanding candidate and internal stakeholder experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for all recruiting activities for assigned roles, including but not limited to developing and managing an effective recruitment strategy to attract passive and active jobseekers • Establish and maintain innovative ways to showcase American Tower as an employer of choice • Utilize innovative candidate sourcing techniques to creatively fill current roles and build pipeline for future positions • Consult with hiring managers on staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies • Review resumes from various sources and conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates, make recommendations to hiring managers and partner with Recruiting Coordinators to coordinate interviews • Communicate and coach hiring managers and interviewers in interviewing best practices and to develop job-specific behavioral interview questions • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process • Develop and maintain relationships with the communities and resources in which American Tower recruits, including colleges and universities, agencies, and various associations and organizations • Conduct reference checks for candidates • Responsible for the safeguarding of all personal information as required by data privacy laws, Company policies, and department processes • Drive recruiting processes that ensure consistency with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs regulations If interested, please respond to jennifer.obrien@officeteam.com.
