Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a part-time Recruiter position in Red Bank, NJ.

-Full cycle recruiting
-Develops creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet organization demands
-Schedules interviews for prescreened candidates
-Extends offer to candidate and begin onboarding process
-Creates and executes on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing
-Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all client, candidate, and employee interactions
-Attend job fairs

-Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience is preferred
-Minimum two years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment or three years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment
-Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required.
-Proficient computer skills required, aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
-Knowledge of Taleo system is preferred
