Staffmark is currently looking for a recruiter to help support a large client in Chambersburg, Pa.

Job Duties:

Supports a large volume on-site location as a member of the on-site team, in a multi-shift operation. Responsible for recruiting a large volume of temporary employees. Supports the on-site operation on day-to-day functions.

Maintain good customer relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality. Deliver high levels of responsiveness and exceptional customer service.

Perform daily check-in process and verify that all hiring managers have the required headcount. Maintain employee roster for the site and provide to the customer as needed.

Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper transition to assignment. Assist with new employee introductions on their first day of the assignment.

Manage daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy. May have responsibilities of maintaining the timekeeping system.

Support On-site recruiting activities as needed to meet large volume order requirements.

Ensure compliance to the contract between the customer and Staffmark for background checks, drug screening, billing, and any other terms outlined in the agreement.

RequirementsFluent in English and Spanish is a PLUS
Experience in the temporary employment industry, human resources, customer service or account management preferred, but not mandatory. Experience and/or ability to work in fast paced environment and working under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Have intermediate skills with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Proficient time management skills. Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments.
Problem solving skills and experience along with effective multi-tasking skills and ability to change priorities quickly.
Strong customer service skills and flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed to support the customer requirements.
