  • Own and manage recruiting process through entire candidate lifecycle

  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and interview slates, develop sourcing strategies, and find the perfect fit for business needs

  • Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation

  • Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks and active sourcing

  • Be a Brand ambassador through building and maintaining the employment brand

  • Provide mentorship to recruiting team members

  • Create and implement best recruiting processes

  • Passionate about using data to analyze, track, and support metrics for all stakeholders

  • Being an integral part of a small, dynamic team, working directly with the firm's business functions and senior leadership

  • Playing a critical role in finding, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent

  • Build and execute multi-pronged recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent

  • Developing, defining and managing the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Collaborating with recruiting and sourcing agencies and/or other team members, in order to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for the firm's business functions

  • Strategizing with other HR teammates, when working on compensation, payroll/accounting, contract staffing, onboarding, and other processes

  • Sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent, not only to meet the hiring goals of immediate needs, but also proactively, in order to build candidate pipeline for upcoming and future growth demands

  • Requirements :

  • Experienced with high-volume scheduling and coordinating

  • HIGHLY detail oriented and organized

  • Experience managing offer process, background checks and on-boarding employees

  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates �especially administrative level

  • In House experience a must, ideally would have both in-house and agency

  • Good communication and presentation, will be working regularly with executive level employees

  • Thick-skinned, proven history of working well under pressure

  • Comfortable chasing down scheduling availabilities and feedback on multiple interview processes

  • Team player

  • Positive, upbeat attitude

  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and high volume organization with exposure to hiring for a variety of positions

  • Strong understanding of full lifecycle process and ability to implement clearly defined and effective strategies

  • Communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with teams, hiring managers, and candidates

  • Qualify and screen candidates effectively and understanding where they best match within the organization

  • Strong team player who can contribute to the team's overall success and has a �do what it takes� attitude

  • Independently problem solve and work autonomously with a sense of urgency

  • Thrive in and successfully navigate a constantly changing environment

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably with Greenhouse

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Demonstrated ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within respective fields

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
