Adecco is seeking an entry level Recruiter who will play an integral role in organizing recruiting activities and communicating with potential candidates. This key player will utilize their excellent customer service, written and verbal skills to ensure a positive candidate experience for every candidate, from beginning to end.

Assist the recruiting team with sourcing and screening applicants
Maintain employee confidentiality with all employee information/files
Maintain accurate recruiting reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
Various other data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Associates degree
One year experience in Human Resources or Recruiting Administrative Experience
Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team's success
Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in the workplace
