Schneider Electric is growing! We are looking for a Fixed Term Project Coordinator/Recruiter to manage recruitment and development efforts for upcoming sales and construction growth across the U.S. In this role you will work with Recruiting team, hiring managers and Human Resources to coordinate and align and recruiting, sourcing and other project efforts relating to the growth. This candidate will also take an active role in sourcing and building a pipeline to fulfill upcoming roles. This is a 12-18 month fixed term contract.
What do you get to do in this position?
· Assist full time recruiters in developing a pipeline of candidates
· Proactively source hard to fill roles in sales and construction management across the U.S.
· Network and cold-call potential candidates for upcoming openings
· Supply recruiters with short listed resumes and detailed feedback
· Coordinate screening efforts with hiring managers and recruiters
· Coordinate and provide status on all open reqs including sourcing and interview activity
· Provide weekly project updates
This job might be for you if:
Candidates must possess a BA or BS (field of study flexible) and a minimum of five or more years in full life-cycle recruiting. Candidates with AIRS CIR or CDR certifications will be given special consideration. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for sales and construction. To be considered, candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas/skills: cold-calling, sourcing, networking, project management, change management, attention to detail and time management.
In this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills and an exceptional customer service attitude. Ideal and desirable candidates will embrace the Talent Acquisition Team's commitment to excellence in recruiting and will be an advocate for furthering the department's goals.
