Adecco is Seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Consultant for the Troy Ohio area. This position for is for a 1 year assignment.

The duties and responsibilities of this position reflect full life cycle recruiting support for full-time salary requisitions, to include:

• Requirements review and management with hiring manager and HR client manager
• Recruit candidates on a regional and national basis
• Manage candidate disposition utilizing BrassRing applicant tracking system
• Strategic sourcing of passive candidates and applicants through multiple channels/resources
• Screen and qualify candidates and refer to the hiring manager
• Effective and ongoing communication with hiring manager and HR client manager regarding recruiting status throughout the process
• Source passive candidate profiles, develop innovative processes for candidate management
• Develop novel strategies to attract "best-in-class" external talent
• Augment recruiting using Diversity-recruiting tactics
• Participate in college recruiting programs and represent UTAS Landing Systems at various career fairs
• Record recruiting activity and report on monthly performance metrics
• File and maintain employment records for future reference
• Support the continuous improvement of recruiting processes
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

The candidate will have the following combination of education and experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or other related field preferred
• Five years' experience recruiting in a corporate environment with demonstrated knowledge of full life cycle recruiting function
• Including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, relationship management and due diligence
• Experience recruiting salaried engineering, manufacturing and management positions
• Demonstrated ability to source and identify exceptional talent utilizing various strategies including cold calling, leveraging resources, networking, data mining internet tools and social media
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and interact at all levels of the organization
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working in and supporting a multi-site environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Brass Ring preferred)
• Knowledge of local, state and federal labor laws
• Some travel may be required
• Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
