OfficeTeam is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for a well-known Tech Company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years administrative experience.
Day to Day Responsibilities: ~ Manage scheduling for interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams ~ Facilitate onsite interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience ~ Be point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc). ~ Be comfortable with the data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task.
