As a member of a small, fast paced internal recruiting team, the Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in making sure we are able to meet critical deadlines necessary to support the talent needs of the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing complex scheduling requirements, candidate travel and pre-employment related activities.




  • Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Ensures that diversity objectives are satisfied
  • Ensures that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and dispositioned
  • Schedules candidates for interviews with hiring managers
  • Arranges candidate travel requirements for interviews
  • Handles administrative activities as assigned by recruiters
  • Coordinates and schedules job fair logistics
  • Serves as applicant tracking system subject matter expert
  • Conducts competitor research and internet-based sourcing
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required



  • At least one year prior recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • At least one year prior Human Resources experience required
  • Knowledge of advanced internet search techniques preferred
  • Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information required
  • Experience sourcing, screening, assessing, recruiting, and hiring non-exempt level candidates
  • Client focus, multi-tasking, communication, organizational, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills strongly desired
  • Ability to address, respond, and follow-up with client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
