Position Summary: As a Recruiting Operations Senior Manager, you will develop a team of Human Resources professionals responsible for service and performance delivery of recruiting programs, such as background investigations,occupational health services, and I9 compliance. You will oversee and lead vendor relationships and integrations to execute delivery of the exclusive Human Resource Recruiting delivery model.
You will implement recruiting services, information and integration delivery across the CVS Health enterprise. In this role, you will translate technical requirements, manage project planning and lead related complex projects, while making recommendations to services and communications.You will help facilitate continuous process improvements, identify and resolve issues, and manage outsourcing relationships within the HR Shared Services governance function.
This position will be located in Lincoln, RI.
Additional responsibilities of the Recruiting Operations SeniorManager include:
-Managing compliance with adjudication guidelines and procedures.
-Working with internal partners, developing and leading recruiting operations to ensure excellence in all Human Experience functions service delivery experience.
-Leading and maintaining functional business procedures, operational process flows with proper control points and management, including applicable vendors.
-Applying standard methodology / project management techniques and tools to achieve desired requirements, budget and timeframes.
-Handling all applicable recruiting vendors Statement of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other related contractual terms, including applicable budget allocations to ensure overall service delivery and performance.
-Managing applicable vendors in support of Compliance and Audit activities, including reporting and vendor controls.
-Owning the implementation and administration aspects of acquisition and deconversion projects with vendors.
-Collaborating with Legal and Compliance partners, while staying abreast on legal and regulatory changes at the federal, state and local level.
-Utilizing multiple points of data and service experience information to drive dedicated action plans and forecasting.
-Conducting reporting and analytics to review trends and areas of non-compliance.
-Running administration and utilization of weekly, monthly and annual reporting related to assigned projects with applicable vendors. Required Qualifications: 10+ year’s experience in Human Resources (HR) and Recruiting. Preferred Qualifications:-Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration including in depth knowledge of recruiting and practices of the following areas: Payroll, HR Information Technology, Employee Data / Records Management, Time and Attendance, Retirement, Health and Welfare and / or Call Center Management.
-Human Resources Compliance experience.
-Experience with Kenexa Brass Ring, Certiphi, and Guardian I-9 systems.
-PeopleSoft or equivalent HR / Payroll system knowledge.
-Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
-Change management experience.
-Excellent PC skills, including deep understanding of spreadsheet and database software.
-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as a great teammate.
-Demonstrable ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines.
-Ability to prioritize and lead projects utilizing standard project management methodologies. Education:-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Will consider High School Diploma/GED plus experience in lieu of degree. Business Overview:
