The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for partnering with members of the hiring team to develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns and mapping activities using a variety of search engines, as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.

Job Description

Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions as well as creating a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Makes outbound calls to pique candidate's interest; engages candidates to assess qualifications
Develops a candidate data base for future opening and updates database of potential candidates on a regular basis
Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool, including annual recruiting strategy and diversity initiatives
Implements creative and targeted search/marketing strategies that help recruiting staff be more successful in pipelining both active and passive candidates, including managing internet job postings for all online recruiting sites
Manages candidate experience through all stages of recruitment process: attraction through selection process
Supports college recruitment activities, job fairs and community outreach efforts
Follows up with Recruiter, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Associate as needed and in a timely manner to provide updates
Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback
Reports on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data
Runs ad hoc search request for difficult to fill positions
Ensures company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices

Qualifications/Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or HR, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred; PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3-5 years recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
