This role provides CCNA Region functions with a single point of contact with Customer Service. The role handles planned and unplanned activities that impact multiple orders/customers. This role leads many meetings and management routines in which they interface with PSS managers and leaders. The work involves assessing complex issues, gathering information from stakeholders, creating solutions, and communicating the solutions to the Customer Service Team and to stakeholders. This work will include running SAP queries and using reports to identify trends and solve problem. This role will also include project management and leading process improvement with cross-functional stakeholders. The person must have excellent knowledge of CCNA's supply chain and strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills. This person should have the ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency for their work, and be able to work independently. This role is designed to be a career step up from the Customer Service Team roles due to greater complexity and the level of stakeholders with which it interacts.

    Education: Bachelor degree preferred
    Related Experience: 5+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain. Exposure to Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt Certified is a plus, but not required)
    Desired Skills:

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills required (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
    • Experience with SAP(P08, BW, IC, R/3), OTM
