This is a dynamic, multi-functional position that involves elements of marketing, sales, communication, administrative, and customer service roles. This position requires approximately 35% of regional travel; this position will involve maintaining existing client relationships, coordinating local public awareness efforts, facilitating industry events, identifying opportunities to serve the client needs post-sale, and facilitating internal communication efforts with sales, marketing, performance assurance, and management. This individual will serve as a liaison between the client and our various departments. This position will report to, and work directly with, the regional sales director, also serving as a functional support for regional director and general sales operations.

Educational requirement?

Graduate of 4-year college/university. Preferred degree in communications/ marketing/ business (or related areas). Demonstrated leadership in previous organizations/ clubs/ work environment.

Additional Notes:

This role is for a "people-person." Previous experience with leading client meetings and/ or strong executive level interaction is strongly desired . Communication skills (both oral and written), building rapport easily, and social skills are a must. This individual should demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, manage relationships, identify and solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service (externally and internally).
