Responsible for the oversight and management of the Clinical Programs.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees and manages Chronic Disease Management Programs.
Regional Clinical manager will work with the RMO/GM for market growth strategies.
Maintain and meet regional budget reports.
Implementing a quality infrastructure, ensuring high customer service.
Coordinates care and treatment of patients with chronic conditions.
Researches and develops new and innovative approaches for care and treatment of chronic conditions. Provides resources and direction to Nurse Practitioners.
Implementing a quality infrastructure, ensuring high customer service
Evaluates clinic staffing and scheduling to prevent delays in patients accessing services and proper utilization of resources.
Utilizes clinical knowledge and expertise to evaluate care provided in each specialty area.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, manage, and motivate personnel.
Strong independent decision -making, leadership, motivation, influencing and analytical skills.
/32 hours of leadership duties & 8 hours of clinical/
Requires a MS in Nursing; 5 years of experience with clinical emphasis for nurse practitioner; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Current unrestricted RN license and NP license in applicable state required.
National Board Certification within 1 year and if applicable in your governing state.
NPI billing number
Medicare Part D Prescriber
Prescribing authority/DEA licensure in good standing as required in the state in which you are applying preferred.
Ability to travel throughout territory and surrounding areas as needed
