Job Description The Regional Facilities Manager Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality facilities services at all managed sites with an emphasis on our key corporate locations, Call Centers and Data Centers. The Regional Facilities Manager Lead actively participates with USRE Leadership on strategic planning for the Facilities division. The job partners with and oversees the performance of CB Richard EllisCBRE to ensure it consistently delivers quality, timely, and efficient services that comply with all contractual SLAs. The job serves as relationship manager to our key Customers, engages them on an operational and strategic level and ensures the necessary support is provided as they pursue the implementation of their business plans. The Regional Facilities Manager Lead takes an ownership role of the "TD Look" to ensure the bank and its business partners are embracing the look and feel of the culture. The Regional Facilities Manager Lead actively participates in the development and management of capital and expense budgets. Job Requirements •Strong relationship management focus with all internal customers at all levels within the organization to ensure we are consistently delivering Road to Legendary service to them. Work to understand their business needs and challenges and engage them on a strategic level where appropriate and as it pertains to our facilities and the services we provide.
•Oversee and manage the outsource program to ensure that all facilities and grounds are efficiently operated, well maintained, clean, safe, and welcoming to Customers.
•Work directly with US Real Estate leads on all Facilities Management (FM) related programs, projects and issues.
•Participate in the development, monitoring, analysis and management of the TD Bank M&R, Janitorial, Grounds and Utilities operating budget of $130MM and the Facilities capital project budget of $30MM.
•Actively participate in the US Green program offering solutions around energy, waste and procurement policies.
•Ensure outsource provider(CBRE), External Vendors and TD FM staff comply with all applicable policies, procedures, rules, codes and standards.
•Work to develop the annual and long term capital plan and ensure adequate funding is maintained to keep properties in quality condition.
•Serve as primary "bump it up" contact for internal Customers for issue resolution.
•Manage and oversee response on all environmental, health or safety issues in bank facilities. Responsible for ensuring safe and healthy work and public environments.
•Represent the bank on all "eminent domain takings", easement or right of way requests as they impact bank locations.
•Liaison between lease admin and landlords/tenants as needed.
•Participate on company wide initiatives: sign rebrandings, mergers, etc.
•Responsible for FM services at approximately 100 US corporate/critical environment locations, 4 million square feet of building real estate. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below, with an emphasis on corporate/Call Center/Data Center sites.
•7-10 Years of related experience
•Strong managerial skills, ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization from teller to Metro President
•Working knowledge and understanding of building and construction codes and applicable laws, ordinances and regulations
•Experience with building and mechanical systems operations
•Demonstrated supervisory, program/project management, vendor management, negotiation and leadership skills
•Experience and working knowledge with engineering reports, blueprints, mechanical and construction specifications Inclusiveness
