Regional Sales Manager, North America (Field Sales Rep) Base + Commission + ESOP + MORE (Total Comp ~ $200K+) Our client is an award-winning, international company, providing a cloud based platform enabling organizations to rapidly build Role-Play simulations and games for training and assessment of soft and workplace skills. Due to company growth they have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager to work out of the Boston Office. As the RSM you will target and work with large international companies, including Fortune 1000's and multinational training vendors. As the company enters a high growth stage they are searching for an experienced sales professional to generate new business relationships with companies across theUS. This individual will report directly into the CEO & President. As the Regional Sales Manager of an early stage, high growth B2B SaaS company, you will be responsible for: Ownership of the full Sales Lifecycle from Lead Generation to Closing to Account management; Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas. You will have Ownership of: Full Sales cycles including: Creating and managing your own Sales pipeline; Targeting and qualifying new business leads in allocated target sectors and geographies; Negotiating and closing deals; Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets; Growing the accounts of your existing customer base. Your Key Responsibilities are: Customer Acquisition in target sectors and geographies; Executing go-to-market strategy to win new business, retain current business and to grow account values; Generating scalable, recurring high-quality revenues; Sales forecasting and reporting; Using metric-driven sales management processes and CRM Tools to optimize sales cycle lengths and track performance. Profile: Sales Context: Deal sizes ranging $50k - $200k (Software plus professional services); Prospects include Fortune 1000s and Corporations with 25k+ employees; Your Personal Sales Target in of $.75m ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in year 1; Core Requirements: Deep understanding and experience of SaaS business metrics and their revenue drivers; Proven track record in B2B SaaS, preferably in a Human Resources related sector; Track-record of consistently achieving quota and strategic objectives; Demonstrable logic and reasoning skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems; Personal Characteristics: Excellent Communicator with an aptitude for Active Listening, Problem Solving and Leadership; Metric and Process Driven with an appetite for continuous improvement and optimization; Strong collaborator with demonstrable abilities to work across key stakeholders both internally and within prospects/clients; Self-motivated and driven to take ownership and exceed goals in territory growth, revenue quota and customer satisfaction Demonstrable logic, reasoning and critical thinking skills in a consultative sales context; Relentless focus on delivering outstanding results.
