Regional Sales Manager (Mid-West Territory) $90K - $120K Base + Incentives/Bonus + Car Allowance + MORE Our client is an international leader in the design and manufacturing of equipment for oil, gas, power and industrial companies. They are seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to generate new business and manage existing accounts across the Mid-West. This home based professional will provide a vital role in achieving the overall goals of the organization by establishing and monitoring forecasts and goals, by recommending pricing strategies and by developing marketing materials. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong background in the nuclear power industry and will have demonstrated the ability to grow the business through key customer relationships and by networking and partnering with other strategic contacts in the industry. Responsibilities: Review of customer bid specifications for product applications Meet with customers to identify opportunities, clarify requirements and close the sale Monitor and communicate order progress to Customer Monitor new build and MRO opportunities and secures RFQ's accordingly Establish and manage relationships with sales channel partners and other key industry contacts, keeping them abreast of new information and strategic direction. Develop sales forecasts, performance goals and product positioning strategies Attend industry/trade meetings, promote products and participate in sales/product training Manage sales budget and ensure that sales/marketing results meet forecasted targets Keep Vice President, Business Development of market conditions and opportunity status Create and deliver sales/product presentations Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (BSME preferred) 5 to 8 years' experience in the sale of engineered products (valves and/or pumps preferred) Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and computer skills Demonstrated track record in negotiating and closing sales Working knowledge of Codes and standards (e.g. ASME Section III, B16.34, etc.) and experience in the energy sector (nuclear experience preferred) Travel up to 50% To Apply - Please send a Word version of your resume to craig.macdonald@adeccona.com.
