As a Regional WAN Service Delivery Lead you will impact the organization in a critical way. You will be responsible for guaranteeing competitiveness of WAN related services purchased for Nestle in both North and South America – serving as the single point of contact and providing governance for those providers in the areas of cost and service.  You will bring a strong understanding of regional providers, contacts within those providers, terms and conditions and government regulations. You will ensure these services in the region are delivered to the expected service outcome, quality, cost and timeframes. You will manage budget planning and participate in long-term strategic vision for the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as sponsor and stakeholder manager for new service introduction of large regional/Market projects and collaborate in sourcing processes.  

Manage stakeholders of Nestle Businesses and leadership; providing updates concerning progress of transition/transformation, services delivered and remediation plans. 

Review proposals on WAN performance management and participate in strategic planning. Negotiate vendor SLAs, including enforcement, based on business needs.

Facilitate Transition/Transformation governance committees, ensuring that Suppliers deliver to agreed KPI’s, pricing and milestones. 

Perform all other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Experience (Years/Type):

5+ years of Service Management experience

2+ years of Supplier Management experience 

International exposure and multi-cultural experience 
2+ years of Telecom experience is preferred
