In close collaboration with the Medical Director, the Clinical Advisor (CA) is the primary clinical contact for individual clients, and translates client needs and expectations into specific quantitative metrics and qualitative objectives for the operations team.The Clinical Advisor is expected to monitor these, and to demonstrate for both existing and prospective clients how the Accordant workflows, clinical outcomes, and case stories support the value proposition.He/she actively works to identify and cultivate case stories that uniquely illustrate program impact.The CA will work with the appropriate clinical operations leadership in the development and implementation of necessary workflows.Once established those workflows are transitioned to clinical operations.
The Clinical Advisor (CA) works with the Medical Director in partnering with payer-aligned operations teams, Quality, Education, and the First Contact and Content Development teams to create robust feedback loops and an environment that optimizes clinical execution for assigned payers.He/she should collaborate with the broader clinical team to offer solutions and innovative solutions.
The Clinical Advisor develops complementary relationships with the Account and Sales team to understand client requests and requirements and maximize clinical outcomes.Required Qualifications:The Clinical Advisor must have an unrestricted license as Registered Nurse or a Bachelor's degree in a health related field.
