Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this Registered Nurse (RN) Director will manage the operations and activities of the 14-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with 35 FTEs as well as provide oversight for dialysis (through DaVita). He or she will continue building relationships with physicians to facilitate collaborative engagement within the department. This individual will also be involved with preparations for and providing related input for the new hospital, that being built on the Nova Southeastern University (NSU) campus in Davie, Florida. - Florida Registered Nurse Licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications required, CCRN preferred
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree/BSN strongly preferred, MSN preferred
- 3-5 years Nursing experience in the acute care environment
- Critical Care experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year Director/Manager level experience in a similar sized acute care facility
